We are building the conscience layer for artificial intelligence

AI now writes, advises, decides, and speaks on behalf of organizations every day. EthosGuard exists to make sure it does so with integrity, and to give the people responsible the proof that it has.

Our mission is simple: to make ethical AI provable , not promised, not assumed, but measured, documented, and defensible. Care without boundary is not ethics; boundary without care is not safety. EthosGuard exists so a system can hold both at once, and show its work.

Why we exist

Capability has outrun conscience

In a few short years, AI has gone from a novelty to a decision-maker. It approves and denies, comforts and counsels, drafts the message a customer reads and the answer a patient trusts. Its reach is enormous and growing.

Its oversight has not kept pace. Most organizations cannot say, with evidence, whether their AI is behaving ethically, only that they hope it is. The tools meant to check it are thin, reactive, and easy to dispute. When a regulator, a board, or a harmed customer asks "how do you know?", the honest answer is too often "we do not."

We built EthosGuard to close that gap. Not with another checklist, but with a complete and time-tested framework of moral reasoning, applied continuously to the systems that need it most, and translated into a record anyone can stand behind.

What makes us different

Depth, made practical

🌳

A complete ethical map

Most tools test for a handful of risks someone happened to think of. We evaluate against a framework refined over millennia to cover the full range of how an action can go right, or wrong.

πŸ”„

Continuous, not occasional

Ethics is not a quarterly audit. EthosGuard reads outputs as they are produced, so oversight finally moves at the speed of the AI it governs.

πŸ“‘

Explainable by design

Every score and flag traces back to a named principle a person can understand. No black box, just clear, defensible reasoning you can show anyone.

Who we are

Built at the meeting point of wisdom and technology

Rabbi Amichai Cohen

Rabbi Amichai Cohen

Founder

Rabbi Amichai Cohen holds a master's degree in special education. He has founded schools, served as a principal, and led curriculum development.

He is the founder of LiveKabbalah.com, a self-development school that brings together holistic spirituality and deep learning in Kabbalah and mysticism, where he has taught thousands of students around the world.

EthosGuard grew out of his collaboration with Dejan Milić, a meeting of the spiritual and the technological. Rabbi Cohen sees the rise of AI as one of the defining ethical thresholds of our time, and bringing consciousness, ethics, and spiritual depth into these systems as nothing less than a mission: taking a complete, time-tested map of moral reasoning and placing it inside the systems that now speak, decide, and advise on behalf of millions.

Strategic Advisor

Dr. Sean Wise brings two decades at the intersection of venture capital and entrepreneurship to EthosGuard. A tenured professor of entrepreneurship at Toronto Metropolitan University, he has spent more than fifteen years in venture capital and has mentored hundreds of startups that together have raised over $2.1 billion in funding.

A five-time founder himself, he served five seasons as a venture consultant on CBC's Dragons' Den and hosted The Naked Entrepreneur on the Oprah Winfrey Network. He is the author of five books, including Startup Opportunities, co-written with investor Brad Feld, and was named Startup Canada's Entrepreneurial Mentor of the Year. At EthosGuard he advises on venture strategy, go-to-market, and the path from prototype to scale.

In loving memory
Dejan Milić

Dejan Milić

Founder & Chief AI Architect

EthosGuard was Dejan's vision. Across more than fifteen years he built the kind of systems institutions stake everything on: core insurance platforms and large-scale cloud infrastructure, engineered to be secure, auditable, and reliable under real-world load. As a founder and partner at Mantacore and Insicon, between Stockholm and Belgrade, he carried enterprise platforms from first concept all the way to exit.

But Dejan was never only an engineer. He spent eight years at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem studying ancient and classical languages, and he brought that love of deep, time-tested wisdom into everything he made. EthosGuard is where his two worlds met: the rigor of enterprise architecture and the moral seriousness of humanity's oldest traditions of thought.

Dejan saw what was coming in artificial intelligence nearly a decade before the world caught up. He understood the Sefirot, the ten emanations of Kabbalah, as the building blocks of creation itself: the deepest infrastructure of knowledge, and the original framework of ethics. He set out to give AI the conscience it did not yet have, and the vision and the architecture at the heart of EthosGuard are his. Everything built here continues the work he began.

Dejan, this is for you. We hope it honors the light you saw.

What we stand for

The principles behind the product

βœ“

Truth over comfort

We would rather show an organization a hard finding than a flattering one. Ethics that only confirms what you hoped is not ethics.

βœ“

Clarity over mystique

Depth should make things clearer, not murkier. Every judgment we make can be explained in plain language.

βœ“

The person on the other side

Behind every AI output is a real human being affected by it. They are who our evaluation ultimately protects.

βœ“

Accountability, not alibis

Technology should never be a place to hide responsibility. Our record is built to be owned, not to deflect.
