The 90-Day Pilot | EthosGuard
● The 90-Day Pilot

One workflow. Monitor mode. Real evidence.

The pilot is how EthosGuard earns its place in your stack: focused on a single AI workflow, running alongside production without blocking anything, and ending with evidence your governance team can stand behind.

Now accepting design partners for monitor-mode pilots.

How it is scoped

Small enough to start, real enough to matter

One organization, one workflow

We pick a single AI workflow that touches real people: a customer-service assistant, a fraud-guidance flow, a claims explainer. Depth beats breadth.

Monitor mode

EthosGuard evaluates outputs alongside production without automatically blocking anything. Your customers see no change while the evidence accumulates.

Jointly calibrated

Risk thresholds, domain weighting, and escalation rules are tuned with your team against your policies, not imposed from a generic default.

The 90 days

Four stages, weekly rhythm

1

Calibrate (weeks 1–2)

Connect the workflow through the API, agree the risk thresholds and escalation paths, and score an initial baseline set together so the rubric reflects your reality.

2

Monitor (weeks 3–10)

EthosGuard evaluates the workflow's outputs in monitor mode. Flagged cases land in the review queue; nothing is blocked automatically.

3

Review (every week)

A standing weekly session: findings, false-positive review, threshold adjustments, and the cases worth learning from, yours and ours.

4

Validate (weeks 11–13)

A final validation pass against the calibrated rubric, and an honest production-readiness recommendation: what to enforce, what to keep monitoring, what to leave alone.

What you keep

Deliverables

  • Baseline risk report for the pilot workflow
  • A calibrated evaluation rubric tuned to your policies
  • A reviewed sample set with human decisions recorded
  • Analysis of every high-risk output, with safer-response examples
  • A production-readiness recommendation you can act on
Commercial structure

Focused pilot engagement

Pricing depends on workflow volume, integration requirements, and validation scope. Every pilot includes calibration, monitoring, weekly findings, and the production-readiness recommendation.

Ideal design partners right now: teams running customer-facing AI in banking, insurance, or customer service, with a named owner for AI governance and a workflow they already worry about.

Test EthosGuard on your own AI outputs

Bring three representative outputs to a focused evaluation session. We will score them live, walk through the judgment, and show the safer alternative.

EthosGuard supports human governance. It does not replace legal review, organizational accountability, or qualified professional judgment, and it does not itself establish legal or regulatory compliance.
